5th June -  At Home

Our usual social evening plus Diary Planner for the 3rd Quarter of 2019. We will also be finding out who are the lucky winners of our Entrance Fee Draw.

 

12th June -  Multi-choice Quiz

Derek tests our general knowledge with mostly multi-choice questions.

 

19th June -  Drop-in

An additional social evening. Drop in for a chat and tea or coffee.

 

26th June -  Bingo Night

Brian and Steven call out the numbers and there will be prizes for the winners.

JULY

3rd July -  At Home

Our usual social evening where members catch up and chat over tea & coffee etc. There may be a brief Members' Meeting and we will also find out who are the lucky winners of the Entrance Fee Draw.

 

10th July -  British Sign Language

Kay coaches us in some basic and useful everyday B. S. L.

 

17th July -  Disco and Drinks

Kevin is providing the music: disco 80's & 90's. You provide your own 'tipple'. You can get up and dance and/or 'knock it back' and have a chat.

 

24th July -  In and/or Out

Derek invites us to explore our feelings and share our experiences of the often complex business of 'Coming Out'.

 

31st July -  Film Night: 'The Green Man'

Derek presents the classic comedy starring Alastair Sim, George Cole and Terry Thomas.

AUGUST

7th August -  At Home

Our usual social evening which may include a brief Members' Meeting. We will be also finding out who are the lucky winners of our Entrance Fee Draw.

 

14th August -  Drop-in

An additional social evening. Drop in for a chat and tea or coffee.

 

21st August -  Photographic Memories

We look back at recent events through photographs compiled by Derek and Mark.

 

28th August -  Meal Out

A choice menu and a choice venue. Our choice. Details nearer the time.

SEPTEMBER

4th September -  At Home

Our usual social evening plus Diary Planner for the 4th quarter of 2019. We will also be finding out who are the lucky winners of our Entrance Fee Draw

 

11th September -  Photography Evening

John M. explores hints and tricks to get better photographs, and an opportunity to bring your own photographs (printed or jpeg) that you'd like to share with the group.

 

18th September -  Film Night: 'Picnic at Hanging Rock'

A mysterious and disturbing story. John B. presents one of Australia's best known films from the 1970s.

 

25th September -  Gay Theme Evening

Poetry, prose and a radio play presented by Derek.
